well , here are the ingredients teacher will provide :D

most of the things is base on hygiene . so you just make sure you are clean in preparing and cooking the food , and you'll pass! nails to be cut :D and!
for those who want to put their seafood or ingredients , teacher will open the kitchen at 7-7.10!
